Loose vials only — anything already in a kit has to come out of it first. They travel in a sealed bag and belong to neither site until somebody opens it at the other end.

Received at the far end, by somebody there with their own witness. Type the seal as it actually reads and the count as you actually count it — the expected numbers are not shown, because a check you can read off the screen is not a check.

Receive a new lot
For stock already numbered: type the numbers on the vials, separated by commas or spaces (7, 12 or 7 12), with a dash for a run (15-18). The quantity fills in. Leave blank to number from the next free vial in the lot.
