Front Line EMS

Work text messages: terms

Effective 25 September 2026

The program

Front Line EMS work alerts are text messages sent to Front Line EMS employees who have agreed to receive them: dispatch alerts, shift and schedule reminders, and one-time sign-in codes for our staff platform. They are sent from +1 (844) 398-8486.

How you join

You turn texts on yourself on the staff platform by entering your mobile number and ticking the consent box. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of employment. Nobody else can turn texts on for you.

How often

Message frequency varies with calls, shifts and sign-ins. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all work texts. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply START to begin again. You can also switch texts off at the bottom of the dashboard on the staff platform.

Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are a convenience, not the system of record: dispatch assignments are always on the MDT, and your schedule is always in the Schedule app.

Privacy

Your number is used only for these messages and is never shared for marketing. See the privacy policy for work text messages.
